A fun but easy to learn card game, silly but fun storyline, and no IAP. Had lot of fun playing through the whole game. The AI could be better, but overall more than worth the price.

This app does not start on the iPhone 4! Do not buy!

Im rating this five stars since I have the mac version. Why won it start on my I phone 4? Please update!

Game 100% doesnt work on iPhone 4.

Its really not worth your time. It takes forever and has impossible difficulty curves.

Really fun, great art, pretty good music, and challenging… definitely a satisfying achievement to beat this game. And, they’re keeping it up to date with new challenges once you win.

I was looking for a single player card game that didnt take itself too seriously. And this is it. The cut scenes and dialogue arent lengthy. The gameplay is fun, novel and easy to learn. While theres strategy involved, its pretty chill. Deck building isnt too laborious. Well crafted game with no major UI issues.

Havent played enough to really tell how successful it is, but it certainly has potential. At the moment it needs a cloud save sync or some sort between iPad and iPhone! This would be extremely helpful

This has a different aspect than other card games have. You have to be strategic in the position of the cards and link up the abilities. This is different and interesting. I recommend this. Unlike the other reviewer, i found the learning curve extremely easy. The mechanics and gameplay is very easy to understand...

with the latest update no longer works for iPhone 4 :(

I have been working with this app for 2 weeks now. Deleting it and re-downloading it. Nothing works. I am completely updated with iOS 7 and nothing. I get a start screen and then black. Nothing else. The app is broke and I want an update or my money back. Not worth it!

I spent 15 hours playing through the storyline, and thats the most Ive ever spent on ANY mobile game. Card City Nights is a true hidden gem and deserves more love. It is extremely addictive and fun, and there is plenty of humor tossed in to keep you entertained. NOTICE: People are only giving 1 star because theyre too freaking stupid to beat it.

No IAPs,can be played without a connection, and offers fun replayabilty. Definitely worth getting; I sunk 30+ hours into it beating the game, collecting all the cards and making different decks. Really hope to see a card city nights 2

This game is totally fun and smooth to play on a 5c. There is humor through out the game that makes it an enjoyable experience.

If you are a fan of either trading card games, light humor, lounge music, kooky well-developed characters, or simplistic art then you MUST buy this game! It is utterly fantastic! So, what do you get for $2? You get a full blown trading card game fully allowing card collecting and deck customization with a unique set of easy to understand rules. I assure you, youve never played a card game like this! An interesting combo "puzzle" type aspect is built into the game mechanics. Not only will you be hunting after rarer cards and seeking to design better decks but your brain will be spatially challenged to make wise card placement decisions (it matters!). The interface is both smooth and clean with 0 bugs on my iPad Air 2! I love how complex this game can become and yet the mechanics are so simple even your grandma could learn to play it in a single sitting! The characters are various, witty, usually humorous, with a surprising amount of depth to each and every one! They are all interconnected to each other and part of the fun of the story is to piece it all together like a detective! This game includes hours upon hours of completely optional dialogue in which you are given not only tips on how to master the game but you really come to learn about and love the wonderful cast of characters included! There is also lastly a wide selection of music tracks to accompany the flow of the game. I am pleased to say that is the first app in which I have not muted the music despite playing it for hours at a time! Though it is missing a multiplayer mode I can not be more pleased with my purchase! In my humble opinion, this is the greatest IOS game in existence! If you are still hesitant about purchasing this game head over to youtube and watch a little of the gameplay from the many play throughs posted there! In summary, this well polished gem of an app is both deep and insanely fun! I think it would appeal to both hardcore gamers and casual gamers such as myself! Thank you, Developers for delivering such a fantastic experience to myself and others. I am very honored to have discovered and purchased this game in which it is quite obvious you put a whole lot of thought, time, and loving effort into!
